Q: What shape do I pick? 

A: If you’re new to cloth pads we recommend moon shape as it’s closest to the shape of disposable pads. 

Q: What length do I pick? 

A: your average panty liner is 8inches, your average regular pad is 10inches and your average night / heavy pad is 12inches long.

Q: How many pads will I use per day?

A: On average you’ll need 3-5 pads per day. This can vary from person to person depending on your flow and personal preference. 

Q: How many will I need per cycle?

A: If you wash every other day and tumble dry on low 8-10 should be enough. If you choose to wash once at the end of your cycle we recommend 16-20 pads.

Q: How often do I need to change my cloth pad?

A: You won’t need to change anymore than you would a disposable pad. Most people change them every 3-4 hours. However you can change more often or wear for longing depending on your flow & preference.

Q: Where do you store them when changing out & about?

A: Our small wetbags are perfect for storing when out & about. Simply pop in the water resistant wetbag, zip up and forget about it till wash day.

Pad Details - 

Length: 5-10inches

Topping: Cotton Jersey, French Terry, 100%Cotton, Cotton Velour or Bamboo Velour (hand dyed)

Core: 1 layer of cotton flannel. 

Backing: slim anti-pill polar fleece 

Care advice cards are included with all purchases. 

Please note all items (unless otherwise stated) are sewn using a sewing machine, not an embroidery machine. Each pad is unique and slight variations are to be expected. 

For hygiene reasons returns will only be accepted if the item(s) are unused and unwashed.
