Shipping times

Please see individual listings for estimated shipping times. Due to the handmade nature of some of our items shipping times will vary.

For all ready to ship pads or accessories & extras please allow 4 working days for your order to be dispatched. If you require immediate dispatch please contact us at info@redrags.co.uk prior to ordering. 

 

Delivery

Orders will be shippevia royal mail. In the unlikely event of not receiving your order please allow up to 10 working days from date of shipment before a replacement or refund is organised. 

 

Returns
Under 'The Sales of Goods Act 1979' we do not (unless damaged or defective) accept returns of intimate goods. This includes all cloth menstrual/sanitary pads (CSP), breast pads and interlabial pads. 
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on non intimate goods if the products are in their original, unused condition.  
To arrange a return please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please ship items back to us within 28 days of delivery.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service to return your goods. We can not be held responsible for goods lost in transit during the return to us. 

We don't accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
As previously mentioned because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Intimate products (like cloth sanitary pads, breast pads and interlabial pads)
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless items are damaged or defective). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Unless products are damaged or defective we will not refund initial shipping costs.
